Terms of use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of DraftMyLesson Agenda, available at agenda.draftmylesson.com, an online planner for teachers. DraftMyLesson Agenda, by Drafted By, is an independent digital service operated within the European Union. They supplement the DraftMyLesson terms, which also apply to your account. By using the service, you accept these terms.
Service provider: JEAN-DOMINIQUE MICHAEL CASANOVA Drafted_By — CEIDG, NIP: 1133212109. ul. Dęblińska 2/73, 04-187 Warszawa, Polska. draftmylesson.com/terms
2. Service
The Agenda lets teachers manage their timetable (imported from an iCal link or .ics file, or built manually), tasks, classes, teaching log and yearly plan, and export their data. The Agenda is free. Optional AI features, such as lesson generation, are provided by DraftMyLesson and are subject to its own terms and subscription.
3. Account
You sign in with your DraftMyLesson account. Creating, verifying and managing that account are governed by the DraftMyLesson terms. You agree to keep your credentials confidential.
4. Free planner and AI subscription
The planner (timetable, tasks, classes, teaching log, exports) is free, without time limit and without a payment card. AI features require a DraftMyLesson subscription, billed by DraftMyLesson at the prices and under the terms shown before payment. Cancelling stops future renewals.
5. AI-generated content
Content generated through DraftMyLesson is a preparation aid, not certified teaching material. Teachers remain solely responsible for what they give to their students and must review, check and adapt it before use. You keep the rights to the content you create or generate and can export it at any time.
6. Student data
Identify students only by pseudonyms. Never enter the real name, address or any other identifying personal data of a minor student. The teacher is the controller of their students' personal data under the GDPR; Drafted By acts as processor for contextual teaching data.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful or discriminatory purposes, not to try to bypass its security measures, and not to use it in an automated way (scraping, bots) without authorization.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of permanent availability. iCal import and subscriptions depend on third-party services (school software, Google, Apple, Microsoft), whose interruptions or errors are outside our control. Use the exports to keep a copy of your planner. To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, Drafted By is not liable for data loss caused by a technical incident or for service interruptions.
9. Account deletion
Deleting your DraftMyLesson account also deletes your Agenda data. Access is revoked immediately; the deletion of events, calendars, classes, tasks, teaching logs, notifications and synchronization keys is then orchestrated and retried until verified. You can also write to [email protected].
10. Changes
We may change these terms. Users are informed by email or in the app of any substantial change. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute resolution clause of the DraftMyLesson terms applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer protection rules are not affected.
